Su and Ruari Gillies make a range of products for Mey Selections in the traditional way in their small family business based in Dingwall. Almost all the products are made solely from fruits and vegetables grown in the North Highlands. The whisky marmalade, jams and chutneys, fruit drinks and sauces are all handmade and none of them contain additives - not even pectin.
